First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested whether standing on a gently vibrating platform for 10 minutes twice a day for 12 months could help breast cancer survivors who have muscle and joint pain from their hormone medication (aromatase inhibitors). The 72 participants were early-stage survivors who did not exercise regularly. The goal was to see if the vibration improved muscle energy and strength compared to a wait-list group.
