First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested whether using a low-intensity vibration platform for 10 minutes twice a day for 12 months could improve muscle function and reduce pain in 72 early-stage breast cancer survivors starting aromatase inhibitor therapy. Participants did not exercise regularly. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could help with common side effects like muscle weakness and joint stiffness.
