Brain zaps and yoga: a Drug-Free hope for Veterans' back pain

Summary
This study tests whether combining a gentle brain stimulation technique called iTBS with yoga can help Veterans with chronic low back pain feel better and move more easily. About 213 Veterans will be assigned to receive either iTBS plus yoga or a control treatment. The goal is to find a safe, non-medication option to reduce pain and improve daily life.
