New TIPS device under study for liver pressure relief

Summary
This study tracks 152 adults with liver cirrhosis and high blood pressure in the liver (portal hypertension) who receive a TIPS procedure using a special stent. The goal is to see how well the device works and stays open over 2 years. It is an observational registry, not a treatment trial.
