New program aims to help veterans with COPD and depression get moving and feel better

Summary

This study is developing and testing a program that combines physical activity coaching with mental health support for veterans who have COPD, depression, or anxiety and are not very active. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving daily function and mood. About 45 veterans will take part, with sessions delivered online via video calls.
