Summary
This study tests a combined therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy plus Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention) for veterans with chronic pain who are taking buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. The goal is to see if this approach reduces how much pain interferes with daily life compared to standard education sessions. About 157 veterans will take part, with sessions delivered by video.
