Summary

This study tests whether a therapy combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention can help veterans with chronic pain and opioid use disorder feel less pain interference in daily life. The goal is to see if the therapy improves pain acceptance and reduces cravings.
