New bladder cancer treatment aims to keep cancer from coming back

Summary
This study tests a new version of BCG treatment (VERITY-BCG) for people with intermediate or high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer who have not received BCG before. The goal is to see if the new treatment is as good as the standard BCG at preventing the cancer from returning within 24 months. About 540 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
