New shot technique cuts kids' pain in half, study finds

Summary
This study tested a special injection technique (ventrogluteal) in 90 children aged 6-12 to see if it hurts less than the usual method. Kids who got the new technique reported lower pain scores and had a slower pulse rate after the shot. The findings suggest this simple change can make injections more comfortable and safer for children.
