Breathing machine battle: which method best protects premature Babies' lungs?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two breathing machine methods works better for very premature babies who develop severe lung distress shortly after birth. Researchers will compare a high-frequency vibrating method against the standard method in 400 babies born between 24 and 32 weeks. The main goal is to see which approach better reduces the risk of developing chronic lung disease, a common and serious complication for these fragile infants.
