Summary

This study aims to find the best breathing machine method for very premature babies who develop severe lung distress shortly after birth. It will compare two types of machines (high-frequency vs. conventional) in 400 babies born between 24 and 32 weeks. The main goal is to see which method better reduces the risk of developing chronic lung disease, a common and serious complication.
