First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy regimen (FLAG IDA) helps more people with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) achieve deep remission. About 102 adults aged 18 to 65 will be randomly assigned to the new combo or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the new approach clears more cancer cells from the bone marrow.
