First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks back at 300 patients with a rare and aggressive bile duct cancer (hilar cholangiocarcinoma) who had surgery to try to cure it. Doctors want to know if also removing nearby blood vessels helps patients live longer or causes more complications. The goal is to provide clearer guidance for future surgeries.
