Summary

This study looks back at past medical records to understand if removing major blood vessels during surgery for a rare and aggressive bile duct cancer helps patients live longer or leads to more complications. Researchers will analyze data from 300 patients who had surgery with the goal of curing their cancer. The goal is to gather knowledge to help guide future surgical decisions for this difficult-to-treat cancer.
