First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at a type of liver surgery for people with a rare bile duct cancer (perihilar cholangiocarcinoma) whose liver is too small for standard surgery. Researchers will compare the safety and long-term survival of those who get this limited surgery versus those who get non-surgical treatments. About 300 participants will be followed over time to see how they do.
