NCT ID NCT07605351
First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026
Summary
This study tests if a more extensive varicocele surgery can lower the chance of the problem coming back after treatment. About 160 infertile men with varicocele and abnormal sperm will be randomly assigned to either the standard microsurgery or an extended version that strips more veins. The main goal is to see which method better prevents varicocele return and improves sperm health over one year.
