Blood flow in varicocele may predict sperm improvement after surgery

Summary
This study looks at 100 men with varicoceles in both testicles to see if the amount of backward blood flow affects sperm health. Researchers will measure blood flow and sperm concentration before and 3 months after varicocele repair surgery. The goal is to learn which patients benefit most from surgery.
