Summary

This study tests whether the antibiotic vancomycin can safely improve symptoms of ulcerative colitis in people who also have a liver condition called primary sclerosing cholangitis. Fourteen adults will take vancomycin or a placebo for 4 weeks to see if it helps. The main goal is to check if a larger study is possible.
