Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug (valemetostat) combined with a standard targeted therapy (trastuzumab deruxtecan) in people with metastatic breast cancer that has low, ultra-low, or no HER2 protein. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 17 adults with this specific breast cancer type will take part.
