Shocking away nerve pain: vagus stimulation trial for diabetics

Summary
This study tests if stimulating the vagus nerve (a major nerve in the body) can reduce pain, numbness, and improve function in people with diabetic nerve damage in the feet. About 40 adults aged 45-60 with diabetic neuropathy will receive the non-invasive stimulation. The goal is to see if this treatment can ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
