Summary
This early-stage trial tests a two-step vaccine strategy in adults with advanced colorectal or small bowel cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. Participants first receive one vaccine injection, followed by two doses of a second vaccine four weeks apart. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the vaccines can trigger the immune system to attack cancer cells.
