Summary

This study tested a nurse-led program to help veterans with HIV lower their blood pressure and reduce their risk of heart disease. About 305 veterans took part, receiving either the nurse-led program or standard education. The program used video calls and care coordination to monitor and manage blood pressure over 12 months.
