Hunting for the first signs of cancer spread in the blood
NCT ID NCT04424719
Summary
This study aims to find blood markers that can detect the early spread of uveal melanoma (a type of eye cancer) to the liver. It will follow 700 patients at high risk of relapse, giving them regular MRI scans and blood tests for up to 10 years. The goal is to learn if these markers can help create more personalized check-up schedules to catch cancer spread sooner.
