Summary
This study tests a new vaccine designed to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by E. coli bacteria. Researchers will first check safety and immune response in 448 adults aged 18-64, then measure how well it works in women of the same age. Participants receive either the vaccine or a placebo, and the trial is currently recruiting.
