Summary
This study tests a new vaccine designed to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by E. coli bacteria. Researchers will check safety and immune response in 448 adults aged 18-64, and then see if it works in women of the same age. Participants receive either the vaccine or a placebo, and side effects like pain or fever are monitored.
