Summary
This study follows 200 women with symptomatic uterine fibroids who are scheduled for either hysterectomy or myomectomy. Researchers will compare how each surgery affects pelvic floor symptoms like urinary urgency and pain over 12 months. The goal is to understand which surgical approach better preserves pelvic floor function.
