Summary
This study looks at tiny chemical changes on RNA molecules in blood and urine to see if they can help diagnose gliomas, a type of brain tumor. Researchers will test samples from 228 adults scheduled for brain surgery and compare them to healthy controls. The goal is to find a simpler, more accurate way to detect and monitor these tumors, potentially catching changes earlier than current MRI scans.
