First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at tiny chemical changes on RNA molecules in blood and urine to see if they can help diagnose gliomas, a type of brain tumor. Researchers will test samples from 228 adults scheduled for brain surgery and compare them to healthy controls. The goal is to find a simpler, less invasive way to detect and monitor these tumors, potentially catching changes before they show up on MRI scans.
