Summary
This study looks at how the upper trapezius muscle works and its structure in people with chronic shoulder pain. Researchers will compare 100 adults—half with shoulder pain and half without—using ultrasound, MRI, and motion sensors. The goal is to understand what factors, like muscle thickness or fear of movement, influence pain and muscle activation.
