NCT ID NCT06472349
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how the upper trapezius muscle works and its structure in people with chronic shoulder pain compared to healthy individuals. Researchers will measure muscle activation, thickness, fat content, and shoulder movement using ultrasound, MRI, and other tools. The goal is to better understand what causes ongoing shoulder pain, which could lead to improved treatments down the road.
