Brain aneurysm watch: MRI clues could predict trouble

Summary
This study is following 1,000 people who have small, unruptured brain aneurysms (between 3 and 7 mm) that are not causing symptoms. Researchers want to see if a special MRI technique that looks at the aneurysm wall can predict which aneurysms will grow over three years. The goal is to create a safer, more personalized follow-up plan for patients.
