Summary
This study follows 1,000 adults with small, unruptured brain aneurysms (3–7 mm) for three years. Researchers use MRI to check for a specific sign called wall enhancement, which may help predict which aneurysms are likely to grow. The goal is to create a safer, more personalized follow-up plan for patients.
