First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered smartphone tool can help more people with chronic hepatitis B start antiviral treatment. Many people are diagnosed but never begin therapy due to fear, lack of awareness, or poor communication with doctors. The study will enroll 2000 adults in China and track how many start treatment within six months, aiming to boost the current rate by at least 50%.
