Summary
This study tests whether an intelligent computer program (Union-Agent) can encourage people diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B but not yet on medication to start antiviral therapy. Researchers will enroll 2000 adults in China who meet treatment guidelines but have not begun treatment. The goal is to see if the AI tool can increase the number of people starting medication within six months by at least 50% compared to current rates.
