Summary
This study tested a new walking exercise for people who had a stroke. Instead of regular walking on a treadmill, participants practiced stepping with one leg at a time. The goal was to see if this training could improve balance, walking ability, and reduce the risk of falls. The study included 63 adults aged 40-60 who had a stroke at least 3 months prior.
