Summary
This study aims to understand why some cancer patients develop neurological issues after receiving immunotherapy drugs called immune checkpoint inhibitors. Researchers will analyze spinal fluid and blood from 160 participants to identify immune cells and antibodies that may mistakenly attack the nervous system. The goal is to uncover the underlying mechanisms, which could lead to better monitoring and treatments for these side effects.
