First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how the brain and nerves contribute to long-term muscle and joint pain, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and back pain. Researchers will use a simple questionnaire and pain sensitivity tests to see if they can better diagnose and guide treatment. About 250 adults with chronic pain will participate over 12 weeks.
