Summary

This study tests a treatment that uses a thin tube and ultrasound to break up dangerous blood clots in the lungs. It is for people who are stable but at high risk of getting worse. The goal is to see if this method can lower the chance of death and serious bleeding compared to standard clot-dissolving drugs. About 300 adults will take part.
