NCT ID NCT07517055
First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at 98 women with severe endometriosis affecting the bowel who need surgery. Researchers will compare standard transvaginal ultrasound with a newer method—ultrasound done during surgery—to see which better measures the size and depth of the disease. The goal is to help surgeons plan more precise operations and avoid unnecessary bowel removal.
