Blood test guides safer cancer treatment after surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that detects HPV DNA can help doctors tailor the intensity of chemotherapy and radiation after surgery for HPV-positive throat cancer. About 50 participants will receive treatment based on their blood test results and standard risk factors. The goal is to maintain cancer control while reducing unnecessary side effects.
