Radiation boost may help CAR-T cells fight tough lymphoma

NCT ID NCT05514327

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special type of radiation given in very small, frequent doses before CAR-T cell therapy can safely and effectively treat people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 20 adults who have not responded to at least two prior treatments will receive this radiation followed by CAR-T infusion. The main goal is to see how many patients respond within 3 months, with longer-term outcomes tracked over 2 years.
