Radiation boost may supercharge CAR-T cells against tough lymphoma

NCT ID NCT05514327

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a special type of radiation (ultra-fraction radiotherapy) before CAR-T cell therapy can safely improve outcomes for people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 20 adults whose cancer has not responded to at least two prior treatments will receive this combination. The main goal is to see how many patients respond within 3 months, with longer-term follow-up for survival and relapse.
