Summary
This early-stage study tests a new, fast-made version of CAR-T cell therapy for people with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm the overactive immune system causing lupus. The main goals are to see if it's safe and if it can reduce disease activity, potentially allowing lower doses of other medications.
