Summary

This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of a drug called ulixertinib when given with cetuximab and/or encorafenib. It is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and who have already tried treatments targeting EGFR or BRAF. The goal is to find a dose that controls the cancer with manageable side effects.
