New combo therapy trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat colorectal cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, ulixertinib, combined with cetuximab and/or encorafenib in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and hasn't responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 27 participants will take part at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
