New hope for advanced colon cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called ulixertinib, given together with cetuximab and/or encorafenib, for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and hasn't responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 27 participants will take part at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
