New hope for advanced colon cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ulixertinib combined with cetuximab and/or encorafenib in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. The goal is to find the best dose that is safe. About 27 adults who have already tried EGFR or BRAF-targeted treatments will take part. The study focuses on side effects and safety.
