Summary
This study tests a two-step approach to bone marrow transplant using lower doses of radiation and chemotherapy before the transplant. The goal is to see if this gentler method reduces the number of patients who die from treatment side effects. The study includes adults with various blood cancers or bone marrow disorders. Participants receive a stem cell transplant from a half-matched donor.
