First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adult survivors of childhood cancer are willing to join two programs at once—exercise plus either brain training or mindfulness—over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this combined approach is acceptable and can improve thinking and emotional well-being. About 20 participants from the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort will take part.
