Double-Duty healing: can exercise plus brain training help cancer survivors?

Summary
This study looks at whether adult survivors of childhood cancer are willing to join two programs at once—exercise plus either brain training or mindfulness—over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this combined approach is acceptable and can improve thinking and emotional well-being. About 20 participants from the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort will take part.
