First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be easily removed with surgery alone. Participants receive a virus-based injection directly into the tumor along with radiation therapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can kill most of the tumor cells and improve treatment outcomes.
